The Smoke-free (Premises, Vehicle Operators and Penalty Notices) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021

These Regulations, made under the Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (“the Order”), contain provisions which relate to smoke-free premises and vehicles in Northern Ireland. They amend the Smoke-free (Premises, Vehicle Operators and Penalty Notices) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (“the 2007 Regulations”).
